Ecommerce Marketing Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive (Marketplaces) to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa. You'll be responsible for driving visibility, sales, and market share for our products, while ensuring campaigns deliver optimal ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Setup
Create advertising strategies for Amazon Sponsored Ads (Search, Display, Video) and other channel in-app promotions
Select targeting types: keywords, categories, competitors, and product targeting
Define budgets, bidding strategies, and promotional timelines for new launches and hero SKUs
Optimisation & Performance Management
Monitor campaigns multiple times a day, adjusting bids, keywords, and placements to meet KPIs
Optimise for ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates through all available levers
Manage negative keywords and placement exclusions to reduce wasted spend
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with content and design teams to improve product listings, images, A+ content, and store pages for better ad performance
Coordinate with supply and operations teams to align inventory availability and delivery TATs
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on campaign metrics daily, weekly, and monthly with actionable insights
Analyse competitor performance and share recommendations for market share growth
Use tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon Pi, Helium10, and JungleScout for data-driven decisions
Requirements
2–4 years of experience managing ads on Amazon, with willingness to learn other e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and sponsored ad formats
Proficiency in detailed data crunching and analysis
Experience with PPC optimisation — bidding, targeting, and budget pacing
Good understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels and conversion levers
Experience with seasonal campaign planning and new product launches
