Dear Candidates ,\n\nWe are hiring NOC Engineers for Hyderabad Location\n\nExperience : 2-4 Years\nShifts : Rotational Shifts\nCurrent Location: Hyderabad\nWork Location : Hyderabad\n\nJD :\n\nPrimary Skill Set : Analyze the Alerts and Escalate the event\nMonitors dashboards round-the-clock which acts as an eye to the whole Vesuvius Infrastructure, NOC Engineers should be able to detect any impending hardware failures, voice and Data network failures and to help identify the root cause of any existing or impending events\nNOC engineer will escalate critical events to Operation Group\nMonitoring the Infrastructure real time\nContinuously review all the infrastructure globally.\nMonitors any changes in the infrastructure, or any issue that may impact the IT environment\nDocumentation and reporting\nPrepare Weekly and Monthly Alert Report\nMonitor the change events (includes planned changes / preventive maintenance/ client maintenance)\nDisable the alerts and alarms at the start of the change event for impacted devices\nDuring the change event closely monitor the rest of the infrastructure to detect any impact\nEnable the alerts and alarms after the completion of change event\nIncident Handling\nReady to support during the outages and provide regular updates until the event it closed.\nSecondary Skill Set : Maintain strong working relationships with all IT Functions\nQuarterly Infrastructure Health Analysis\nMaintain and update vendor support information\nMentor the peer group\nInformation sharing and knowledgebase updates\n\nRoles and Responsibilities : Alert Monitoring, Response & Management.\nTrouble Ticket and Service Request Management.\nVoice and E-mail based support.\nRemote Diagnostics and Troubleshooting.\nMaintain SLA\nUpdates hourly, weekly, monthly and sending reports Periodically.\nUsing Service Now as our ticketing tools.\nTracking, Reporting & Management.\nKnowledge Repository Creation & Management.\nIncident management support.\n\nInterested candidates , please share your resumes to
