Graphic Designer and Video Editor
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of digital media, and the ability to bring ideas to life through graphics, videos, and animations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign & Creative Development:\n\nDevelop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media platforms\n\nCreate brand collaterals such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.\n\nDesigning creatives and engaging art output for digital, social, and print media (including brand identity, direct mail pieces, brand communication, website, and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing collateral).\n\nCollaborate with content, digital, and project management teams to transform ideas into impactful visual storytelling.\n\nEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels.\n\nVideo & Motion Graphics\n\nCreate and edit multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, 2D animations, and illustrations.\n\nEnhance social media and marketing campaigns with engaging motion elements.\n\nStay updated with design and video trends to keep content fresh and innovative.\n\nCollaboration & Execution\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality output.\n\nParticipate in team meetings to share ideas, present concepts, and review ongoing work.\n\nManage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time with high creative standards.\n\nAsset Management & Research\n\nWork with analytics teams to design infographics and data visuals.\n\nOrganize and maintain a structured digital asset library for easy access and future use.\n\nConduct trend research to optimize designs for maximum audience engagement.\n\nRequirements:\n1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.\nAt least 1 year of experience working with an agency.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD); familiarity with Figma/Canva is a plus.\nStrong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.\nKnowledge of UI/UX design and motion graphics is an added advantage.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
