About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executives to join our Interior Sales team. Candidates with experience in Interior Sales, EdTech Sales, Real Estate Sales, Banking Sales, or other high-value consultative sales environments are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
  • Present solutions and guide customers through the sales journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and negotiations to drive conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience in Interior Sales, EdTech, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or other consultative sales roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
