We are seeking a Senior Specialist in UX Design with 5 to 12 years of experience proficient in FIGMA Axure Interaction Design Zepline and Design Systems to lead and innovate user entered design solutions

Job Description

Lead the design and development of intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital platforms Utilize advanced skills in FIGMA Axure Zipline and design systems to create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals Drive the evolution and maintenance of design systems to support scalable and consistent user interfaces Advocate for user entered design principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong UX design culture within the organization Stay current with emerging UX trends tools and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct thorough interaction design and user experience research to identify user needs and pain points Develop detailed user flows journey maps and personas to inform design decisions Create and iterate on prototypes using Axure and FIGMA to validate design concepts Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs Manage and maintain design documentation and Zipline handoffs for development Facilitate design reviews and workshops to gather feedback and foster collaboration Ensure adherence to design systems and maintain consistency across all user interfaces Lead design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders
