Investor Servicing Executive | Customer Support

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Investor Servicing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, resolving queries, and delivering a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and investor queries through inbound calls and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to service requests.
  • Ensure all customer requests are processed within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track and process service-related requests.
  • Maintain professional communication and high service standards.
  • Update and maintain customer records accurately.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office and email handling.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Prior experience or internship in customer service, customer support, banking, financial services, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with call handling and customer interaction processes.
