Founding Tech Lead

Role Description As the Founding Tech Lead at A3CEND, you will be responsible for architecting and owning the technical vision for our digital products and platforms, working closely with the founders and domain experts to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, where you will design system architecture, set up the technology stack, and implement core features for our technology solution.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software architecture and system design, including choosing and integrating suitable front-end, back-end, and database technologies for scalable web platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language or framework (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Go, .NET) and one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), with hands-on experience delivering production systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization and deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines), and application monitoring and logging.
• Experience designing and working with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines, including RESTful services, microservices architectures, and relational/noSQL databases.
• Background in data-driven product development, with familiarity in analytics, dashboards, and basic data modeling to support assessments, learning journeys, or similar solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead people through early phases of an organization
