Founding Growth Marketer - GTM
Job Description
We are a seed-funded startup using state-of-the-art AI to reimagine how businesses access credit and risk intelligence. Our team includes ML and engineering talent from top-tier US tech companies, the product is live with early customers, and we’re building fast. With our product already in the market, first clients onboarded, and sufficient runway secured, we are passionate about using AI to enhance access to credit information for businesses. We need someone to build the entire growth marketing engine from 0→1.
You will be our first marketing hire , working directly with the founder to build Credhive's marketing engine from zero. There is no playbook, no existing funnel, no legacy campaigns; a strong product, a live website, and a clear mandate: Build the inbound engine that brings SMB and mid-market corporates and BFSI buyers to us through organic search, while arming our outbound motion for large enterprise accounts.
This is a 0→1 ownership role. You will set the strategy, execute it yourself, and see your work converted directly to pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO - Own keyword strategy targeting credit assessment, risk intelligence, compliance, and due-diligence searches by SMB/mid-market finance and credit teams
- Drive on-page, technical, and content SEO for our website with committed engineering support for implementation. Build comparison and solution pages that position Credhive against incumbents
- Content & Email: Produce cornerstone content (blogs, guides, industry insights) for SEO and LinkedIn. Build email nurture sequences that convert website visitors and signups into qualified leads
- Inbound Funnel & ABM: Own the visitor → lead → MQL journey: landing pages, lead magnets (whitepapers, checklists, reports), and conversion optimization. Run account-based marketing (ABM) for priority mid-market accounts targeted content and campaigns for specific companies sales is pursuing
- Measurement: Set up and own reporting: organic traffic, rankings, MQLs, and channel performance (Google Search Console, GA4, SEO tools)
- Events: Target appropriate BFSI and CXO level events to create the offline outbound engine.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-6 years in B2B SaaS or fintech marketing with demonstrable, hands-on SEO results, you can show us the traffic graphs you grew
- 0→1 or early-stage experience strongly preferred : you've built before, or you've been the executor on a small team where everything was yours
- Hands-on with Ahrefs/Semrush,Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GA4 , and email marketing platforms, you run things yourself, not brief an agency
- Excellent writing. You can draft a blog post, a landing page, a cold email, and ad copy all in the same afternoon
- High ownership and speed: you go from idea → execution without waiting for perfect clarity
- Bonus: exposure to BFSI, fintech, credit/risk, or compliance audiences; programmatic SEO experience
