We are a New York-headquartered lab-grown diamond company with offices across the USA and India. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to work directly with our Founder at our Andheri West office.\n\nIf you are highly organized, great with people, and love keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.\n\nLocation: Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site)\n\nTime: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM\n\nResponsibilities:\nManaging the Founder’s daily schedule, booking meetings, and making sure the day runs smoothly.\nUsing Excel to update business sheets, track projects, and organize data clearly.\nHandling professional emails and messages, acting as the main bridge between the Founder and the team.\nBooking flights, hotels, and managing schedules for business trips.\nKeeping track of the Founder’s to-do list and sending timely reminders so deadlines aren't missed.\n\nQualifications:\nExcellent spoken and written English. You can write professional emails and communicate clearly.\nYou must be very comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize data.\n2 to 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.\nYou are sharp, notice the details, and can solve problems independently.\nYou can handle confidential business and personal information with total privacy.
