MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITIL frameworks.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Experience with integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:

Support development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment training and hyper-care activities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and maintain CMDB architecture aligned with CSDM and enterprise IT strategy.
• Establish CI classes, attributes, and relationships for accurate service representation.
• Develop and enforce CMDB governance policies and lifecycle management.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
• Integrate CMDB with external systems (e.g., via APIs, MID Servers).
• Ensure platform scalability and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead implementation of Service Mapping to visualize dependencies.
• Automate CMDB population using ServiceNow Discovery tools.
• Deployment in UAT, TEST and Production
