Job Description -\n• Manage and lead a team of 150+ members with a direct span of control of 3-4.\n• Ensure SLA maintenance and quality assurance across operations.\n• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives.\n• Handle crisis management and problem-solving activities.\n• Collaborate with senior management to align operations with business goals.\n• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.\n• Foster a positive work environment and team culture.\n• Managing Voice program from premium contact centers.\n\nCriteria's -\n• 12 – 16 years’ of work experience with hands-on exposure working in background verification voice proces\ns• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively within the tea\nm• Experience in managing a team size of at least 150 member\ns• Graduate from recognized/full time colleg\ne• Experience in US shifts\n• Excellent communication skill\n\nWork Timings - US Shifts (between 5pm to 5am)\n\nKindly share updated CV's on
