AI Product Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Product Manager who doesn’t just follow trends, but helps define them.
This is a 0- 1 scale role where you’ll build AI-powered experiences that feel magical, intuitive, and deeply human. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, design, and cutting-edge AI, turning ambiguous ideas into products people love using every day.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end product development for AI-first features and experiences
- Translate vague ideas into clear product roadmaps, PRDs, and shipped features
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and design to build and iterate rapidly
- Experiment aggressively—run A/B tests, prompt iterations, and model improvements
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI across the product in meaningful, non-gimmicky ways
- Define success metrics and drive user engagement, retention, and product impact
- Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends, tools, and capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer tech/startups
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, recommendation systems, etc.)
- Experience building or working on AI-powered features/products
- Ability to think both strategically and hands-on (you’re comfortable getting into details)
- Strong analytical thinking, comfortable with data, experimentation, and ambiguity
- Excellent communication, you can simplify complex ideas clearly
- High ownership mindset, you don’t wait, you figure things out and move fast
Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
