The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS/HCM technical development, support, and integrations. This role involves working closely with clients and business teams to deliver and support HRMS/HCM solutions.\nKey Skills\nOracle EBS HRMS/HCM (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR)\nStrong PL/SQL development\nOracle Forms & Reports\nXML / BI Publisher reports\nInterfaces, APIs & Integrations\nProduction support & issue resolution\nOracle Fusion HCM, HDL, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts is preferred.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and support Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM technical components\nWork on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)\nHandle enhancements, data migration & integrations\nDevelop PL/SQL packages and perform tuning\nSupport UAT, deployment and production issues\nWork with functional and business teams\nRequirements\n10+ years Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM technical experience\nStrong technical + production support background\nGood communication skills (client-facing role)\nAbility to work independently in remote setup
