Disaster Recovery & High Availability:\nExperience with VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and configuring HA/DRS clusters for business continuity.\nPatch Management & Lifecycle: Proficient in using VMware Lifecycle Manager (vLCM) for patching, upgrades, and compliance. Automation & Scripting:\nAbility to automate tasks using PowerCLI, vRO workflows, or integration with tools like Ansible and Terraform.\nStrong understanding of network architecture, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and SD-WAN.\nFamiliarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark). Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.\nProficiency in monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kentik, Splunk, or New Relic.\nExpertise in SAN/NAS storage systems, backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).\nHands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.\nProficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and troubleshooting.\nUse of cloud governance frameworks for cost control, policy enforcement, and resource tagging.\n\nQualifications we seek in you!\n• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field\n• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred\n\nQualifications/ Skills\n• Strong communicator – English in spoken and written form\n• Excellent hand ons and knowledge on Patch management, VMware, Hand scripting\n• Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of data centre infrastructure\n• Good exposure on capacity planning and overall hardware management skills Experience in ITSM\n• Excellent knowledge on observability standards
