Help interpret financial data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions\naligned with each school’s objectives.\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis:\nDevelop monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance\nanalyses at the school, regional, and organizational levels. Provide actionable\ninsights to improve financial performance and resource allocation.\nCapital & Facilities Planning Support:\nProvide financial guidance for facility investments, capital budgeting, and long-term\nmaintenance planning across school sites.\nProcess Improvement & Compliance:\nStreamline financial processes, improve forecasting tools, and ensure compliance\nwith relevant education finance policies and regulatory guidelines.\nBusiness Unit Support:\nSupport P&L ownership, cost control, and strategic investment decisions.\nCross-functional Collaboration:\nPartner with operations, legal, and external consultants to drive operational and\nstrategic initiatives.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related\nfield.
