Sales Manager - QA Services (Oracle EBS)
Job Description
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in enterprise IT services sales, a solid understanding of Oracle EBS platforms, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic client engagement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and drive the end-to-end sales cycle for QA and testing services focused on Oracle EBS (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud EBS)\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare\nBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation and accurate forecasting\nEngage with CXOs, IT leaders, and key stakeholders to position QA solutions for ERP transformation, implementation, and upgrades\nCollaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to develop tailored proposals and RFP responses\nStay updated on market trends, competitor landscape, and Oracle ecosystem developments\nLead contract negotiations and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance\nRepresent ImpactQA at industry events, conferences, and networking forums\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)\n10+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 3+ years in QA/testing services\nStrong exposure to Oracle ERP environments (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion Cloud)\nProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs\nSolid understanding of software testing lifecycle, QA frameworks, and automation tools\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nEstablished network within the Oracle EBS customer ecosystem\nExperience selling managed QA services, test automation, or digital transformation solutions\nFamiliarity with Oracle implementation partners and system integrators\n\nKey Competencies\nStrategic Selling & Consultative Approach\nClient Relationship Management\nBusiness Acumen & Market Intelligence\nNegotiation & Closing Skills\nCross-functional Collaboration\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement\nImpactQA is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
