The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about the institute's programs, and responding to inquiries via multiple communication channels. The role includes delivering excellent customer service, engaging with prospective applicants through in-person interactions, and supporting recruitment initiatives to meet admissions goals. Counselors will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance admission strategies and maintain accurate student records.\n\nQualifications\nStrong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication\nExperience in providing outstanding Customer Service and consultative support\nKnowledge of Sales strategies and the ability to effectively present educational programs to prospective students\nUnderstanding of the Education sector, including degree programs and career pathways\nProficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, and familiarity with student management systems\nProactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach, with excellent organizational and time-management skills\nBachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a Master’s degree or prior experience in admissions or education counseling is a plus\nFamiliarity with the educational landscape and academic aspirations of students in India is highly desirable
