With a strong presence across the country, Extramarks provides Smart Class Solutions, Learning Apps, and Integrated School Solutions designed to enhance academic outcomes and create engaging learning environments.\nAs we continue to expand our footprint in Odisha, we are looking for passionate and result-driven sales professionals to join our team.\n\nPosition: Cluster Manager – B2B School Sales\n\nLocations\nSouth Odisha\nNorth & Central Odisha\nWest Odisha\n\nExperience Required\nMinimum 4 years of experience in B2B Sales.\nPrior experience in School Sales/EdTech industry will be preferred.\nStrong network and relationships within the school ecosystem are highly desirable.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive B2B sales of Extramarks products and solutions to schools across the assigned territory.\nManage and lead a team to achieve business targets while contributing individually to revenue generation.\nConduct regular field visits and meetings with Principals, Trustees, Management, and key decision-makers of schools.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with schools and channel partners.\nIdentify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned cluster.\nEnsure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.\nMonitor team performance and provide guidance for effective execution.\n\nCandidate Profile\nMinimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales.\nProven track record in school sales or the education sector.\nStrong understanding of the local market and existing connections with schools.\nExperience in team handling along with individual target achievement.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.\nWillingness to travel extensively for field visits.\n\nJoin us and be a part of a mission that is redefining education through technology.
