Consulting & Advisory Services\nDiagnostic Assessments:\nConduct detailed mill diagnostics, benchmarking studies, gap analyses, and maturity assessments to identify operational and digital improvement opportunities.\nSolution Design & Business Case Development:\nDesign targeted solutions for cost reduction, yield improvement, capacity expansion, and digital adoption , supported by strong ROI and risk assessments.\nChange Management & Stakeholder Engagement:\nLead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving operations, maintenance, quality, IT, procurement, and leadership teams .\nProject Management & Delivery:\nDeliver end-to-end consulting engagements ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards .\nCapability Building & Training:\nDevelop SOPs, training programs, and knowledge transfer frameworks to enable sustainable improvements.\n\n4.
