If you can design a social media post, cut a Reel, and wireframe a website — this role is built for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign social media creatives, ad banners, posters, and brand visuals for clients\nEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product ad videos, and explainer videos\nCreate motion graphics and basic animated content\nDesign UI for websites and mobile apps using Figma\nBuild and deploy websites using WordPress + Elementor Pro or Webflow\nCreate wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes for client projects\nMaintain brand consistency across all visual and digital outputs\nUse AI design tools to speed up creative production\nCollaborate with the content, ads, and account management team on campaigns\nRequired Skills:\nGraphic Design — Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator\nVideo Editing — Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects (basics)\nUI Design — Figma, Elementor Pro, Webflow, responsive layouts\nUX — Wireframing, user flows, prototyping, basic usability thinking\nStrong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory\nAbility to handle multiple client projects and meet deadlines\nGood communication in Tamil and English\nBonus Skills (strong advantage):\nAI tools — Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs\nMotion graphics and 2D animation\nBasic HTML/CSS knowledge\nExperience with landing page design for ad campaigns\nProduct or studio photography basics\nWho Should Apply:\n0–3 years of experience in design, video, or UI/UX\nStrong portfolio showcasing at least 2 of the 3 skill areas mandatory\nSelf-driven, creative, and comfortable working across multiple deliverable types\nBased in or willing to commute to Sulur, Coimbatore\nWhat We Offer:\nSalary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month based on your skill set\nCreative freedom and ownership of client work\nAI-first work environment with modern tools\nDirect mentorship from the founder\nGrowth path into a senior creative or team lead role\nHow to Apply: Send your portfolio + resume to Subject line: Creative Designer Application – [Your Name] Or DM us on Instagram @agrinai / WhatsApp your portfolio link
