Job Description

Job Role:\nThe Brand Manager will be responsible for building and protecting the DishTV brand across India by planning and executing brand campaigns activities .\n\nThis role ensures that what DishTV says, how it looks, and how it shows up on-ground is consistent, relevant, and effective across regions, channels, and customer touchpoints.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Brand Strategy & Positioning\nOwn the DishTV brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication.\nTranslate business goals into clear brand messages for different customer segments and regions.\nEnsure brand guidelines (logo, colors, tone, language) are followed across ATL, BTL, digital, trade, and retail.\n2. Marketing Communication (Marcom)\nPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across: Digital, print, outdoor, radio, trade communication\nWork closely with creative agencies, media agencies, and internal teams .\nDevelop campaign briefs, approve creatives, and manage timelines.\nAdapt national campaigns into regional and language-specific communication .\nDesign and execute: Retail branding, Dealer boards, danglers, standees & local activations, roadshows, society activations\nCoordinate with sales, trade marketing, and regional teams for execution.\n3.

Campaign Planning & Execution\nCreate annual and quarterly brand calendars .\nManage campaign budgets and ensure ROI discipline .\nTrack campaign performance using: Reach & frequency, brand recall, footfall uplift\nLead / enquiry impact (where applicable)\n4. Stakeholder Management\nAct as the single point of contact for branding across teams - Product, Digital marketing, Sales & Trade, Customer experience\nManage agencies and vendors end-to-end.\nKey Deliverables (What success looks like)\nStrong, consistent DishTV brand presence across India\nHigh-quality campaign execution (on-time, on-brand)\nEffective BTL programs that support sales teams\nImproved brand recall and consideration\nSmooth coordination between brand, sales, and digital teams\nExperience\n10-12 years of experience in: Brand management\nExperience in consumer-facing brands preferred: Telecom, FMCG, Consumer electronics, Media / Entertainment\nHands-on experience with regional marketing and multi-language campaigns is a must.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong understanding of branding fundamentals\nExcellent communication and briefing skills\nExperience managing creative and media agencies\nBudget management and basic ROI understanding\nComfortable working in a high-scale, execution-heavy environment
