We are hiring for a Plant Excellence & Projects-IU\n\nLocation : Dhar, Madhya Pradesh\nWork Experienc e: 3-8 Years\nQualification : MBA\n\nPreferred Skills\nSupply chain & Logistics\nRail & Road Coordination\nDispatch\nCost management\nVendor management\nBudget planning\nRoute planning\n\nDescription:\nMonitor logistics performance in real time and ensure corrective actions for deviations.\nEnsure adherence to SOPs, systems, and reporting mechanisms across plant operations.\nTrack S&OP compliance and highlight variances in dispatch volume, segment mix, and interstate movement.\nAnalyze logistics cost drivers and provide actionable inputs for cost optimization.\nMonitor Customer Service Level (CSL) at order level and drive continuous service improvement.\nIdentify gaps in operations and implement process/system improvements for better efficiency.\nEducate and guide teams on system usage (SAP, Eye to Serve, etc.) to strengthen performance tracking.\nAnalyze logistics KPIs and identify areas for improvement such as: Route optimization, Mode mix, Fleet utilization and performance, Fleet size optimization, Reduction in turnaround time (truck/rake loading)\nDevelop and implement time-bound action plans for performance improvement.\nStandardize KPI monitoring systems and ensure data-driven decision making.\nCollaborate with PLH, Rail & Road Coordinators to improve overall logistics efficiency.\nDrive adoption of performance systems through continuous engagement and feedback.
