Technical Project Manager

Role Overview\nWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in software engineering or QA, who has transitioned into managing complex technology programs over the last few years. The role requires a balance of technical depth, delivery ownership, and cross-functional leadership in a product or platform environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs/projects across multiple teams\nCollaborate closely with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders\nParticipate in technical discussions (architecture, APIs, integrations) and guide execution\nOwn project/program planning, timelines, risk management, and delivery governance\nManage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with business goals\nTrack KPIs, milestones, and proactively mitigate delivery risks\nDrive continuous improvements in delivery efficiency, quality, and release processes\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n13–15 years of professional experience\nStrong technical foundation with prior experience as: Software Engineer / Developer OR QA Engineer / Test Engineer Transitioned into Technical Project Manager / Program Manager / TPM role for at least 3–5 years\nStrong understanding of:\nSDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies\nAPIs, integrations, and system architecture basics\nProven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex deliveries\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nPreferred Experience\nExposure to Banking / Fintech / Payments / Lending / Enterprise product environments\nExperience with tools like MS Project / JIRA / Confluence\nExperience handling multi-team or multi-project programs\nAbility to contribute to technical decision-making and solution discussions\n\nWhat We’re NOT Looking For\nPure Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches without delivery ownership\nNon-technical Project Managers\nProfiles without prior engineering or QA background
