Backed by collaborations with leading OEMs and ecosystem partners and supported by its proprietary Charger Management System (CMS), Bolt.Earth is positioned at the forefront of building smarter, sustainable, and connected mobility solutions in India and beyond.\n\nJob Role: Associate - Operations\nLocation : Madhya Pradesh (MP) / Chhattisgarh (CG)\n\nRole Summary:\nWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled EV Charger Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV charging infrastructure across MP and CG regions.

The candidate will work on ground to identify and resolve issues in charging stations and ensure smooth operational performance.\n\nCandidates with prior experience in the EV industry will be preferred. However, individuals who are passionate about the EV sector and willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nVisit charger locations for troubleshooting and issue resolution\nPerform routine maintenance and health checks of EV chargers\nDiagnose electrical, networking, and hardware-related issues\nCoordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and closures\nEnsure timely service response and uptime of chargers\nMaintain service reports and update issue status regularly\nSupport charger installation and commissioning activities when required\nFollow safety and operational guidelines during field work\n\nRequired Skills and experience:\nDiploma / ITI / bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or related field\nBasic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting\nWillingness to travel extensively within MP & CG\nAbility to work independently on field assignments\nGood communication and reporting skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in EV charging infrastructure or EV industry\nExperience in electrical maintenance or field service roles\nKnowledge of networking basics and charger communication systems is a plus\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProblem-solving attitude\nHands-on technical mindset\nInterest in the growing EV ecosystem\nOwnership and accountability in field operations\n\nFor quick response please drop your CV along with current CTC details at
