We partner with universities, education organisations and student housing owner operators to enhance the student living experience through technology and meaningful, long-term relationships.\n\nIf you are passionate about making international mobility and living seamless and accessible, then - Join us in building the future of student housing!\n\nRole Overview\nWe’re looking for a highly strategic and creatively driven Associate Creative Director/Lead to lead brand storytelling, integrated campaigns, and content direction across channels. This role combines big-picture brand thinking with hands-on creative leadership, someone who can shape narratives, direct multidisciplinary creative teams, and build culturally relevant campaigns that drive brand affinity and business impact.\nYou will lead a team of copywriters, design, video production, and editing, while also owning the exploration and deployment of AI tools and systems to enhance creative efficiency and output quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels.

Would be responsible for hero, hub and hygiene brand initiatives.\nPlay a key role in brainstorming and concept development, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.\nOversee creative delivery for amber’s Global social channels across platforms, social first short form video, paid social ads and creator content.\nIncludes campaign planning, campaign strategy, calendar management, working with partners, creators and agencies to create the content & campaigns\nManage internal stakeholders across global teams, ensuring great work is reported well and inputs are taken from cross functional teams before executing any campaign.\nMaintain and evolve brand voice guidelines for amber, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all communication channels.\nDrive the adoption of AI-powered creative workflows across content, design, production, ideation, and campaign development\nWhat We’re Looking For\n8–12+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand marketing, content strategy, or advertising\nProven experience leading successful brand campaigns & positioning and content ecosystems\nStrong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, storytelling, brand systems, and content direction\nDeep understanding of digital culture, social-first storytelling, and audience behavior\nExceptional visual taste and strong art direction sensibility\nExperience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and agencies\nStrong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
