The ideal candidate will possess strong design, technical, and project coordination skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept through completion while working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.\nMinimum 4-7 years of professional architectural experience.\nProficiency in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation software.\nStrong understanding of building construction, materials, codes, and industry standards.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the development of architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation\nPrepare and review concept designs, schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documents\nOversee design development and ensure adherence to project requirements, budgets, and timelines\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members throughout project stages\nConduct regular site visits to review project progress and address design-related issues\nMentor and guide junior architects and design team members\nReview and maintain project files, drawings, specifications, and documentation\n\nWe are looking for a proactive professional with strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities who can contribute to the successful execution of a diverse range of architectural projects.
