Motion Graphics Designer | YAAS\n\nWe’re not looking for someone who just knows After Effects.\n\nWe’re looking for someone who can think in motion, design with intent, and use AI to move faster than everyone else .\n\nAt YAAS, we help brands become creators—driving 400M+ views every month for brands like Zoho, Zerodha, Vodafone Idea, Zepto, Cleartrip, and GoKwik.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nCreate high-quality motion graphics for short-form & long-form content\nUse Gen AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, etc.) to enhance visuals\nTurn scripts into engaging, retention-first videos\nDesign clean, modern, high-impact visual systems\nWork closely with editors & writers to bring ideas to life\nWhat we’re looking for\nStrong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop\nSolid understanding of design, animation, and pacing\nHands-on with Gen AI workflows (not just experimenting)\nSomeone who can own output end-to-end
