Job Description
Role Overview\nWe are looking for a dynamic and financially knowledgeable professional to work closely with the Founder/CEO in managing investor relations, fundraising activities, strategic communication, and business representation. The candidate will play a key role in supporting investment-related initiatives, preparing investor communication, coordinating with companies/investors, and representing the organization professionally.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Investment & Fundraising Support\nAssist in fundraising activities and investor outreach.\nPrepare and refine investment pitches, pitch decks, financial presentations, and business proposals.\nCoordinate with potential investors, venture capital firms, investment bankers, and strategic partners.\nSupport the CEO in investment discussions, follow-ups, and negotiations.\nMaintain investor databases and track communication/status updates.\n2. Founder’s Office Responsibilities\nRepresent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and email communications on behalf of the CEO.\nDraft professional emails, business communication, reports, and presentations.\nManage stakeholder coordination and maintain strong business relationships.\nConduct market research, financial analysis, and competitor analysis for strategic initiatives.\nAssist in preparing documentation related to investments, partnerships, and corporate discussions.\n3. Communication & Coordination\nAct as a point of contact between the CEO and external stakeholders.\nSchedule and coordinate meetings with investors, partners, and business associates.\nEnsure timely follow-ups and effective communication with companies and investors.\nPrepare meeting notes, summaries, and action items.\n4. Documentation & Reporting\nMaintain confidential business documents and records.\nSupport due diligence and documentation processes during fundraising or partnership discussions.\nPrepare MIS reports, investor updates, and business summaries for management review.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, Investment Banking, Business Administration, or related field.\n3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Founder’s Office, or Fundraising roles.\nStrong understanding of investment processes, financial statements, valuation concepts, and fundraising.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally.\nStrong critical thinking and analytical skills.\nStrong presentation, stakeholder management & and relationship-building abilities.\nHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership.\nProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial/business presentation tools.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nExperience working directly with founders, CXOs, investors, or startups.\nExposure to fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or strategic partnerships.\nStrong networking and relationship management skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
