Accounts Reconciliation Executive

Reconciliation Executive – Forex / FintechKey Responsibilities Perform daily reconciliation of client deposits and withdrawals between CRM, bank statements, and payment service providers (PSPs).\nReconcile merchant accounts, payment gateways, and banking transactions.\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, mismatches, missing transactions, and posting errors.\nMonitor daily financial transactions and identify unusual or suspicious activities.\nPrepare reconciliation reports and submit findings to management.\nCoordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to resolve transaction-related issues.\nVerify the accuracy of transaction records maintained within the CRM system.\nAssist in identifying CRM or operational process gaps affecting financial reporting.\nMaintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews.\nSupport month-end and year-end financial reconciliation activities.\nRequirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.\n2–5 years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, banking operations, fintech, payments, forex, or brokerage industry.\nStrong understanding of transaction reconciliation processes.\nExperience working with Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools.\nAbility to analyze large transaction datasets and identify discrepancies.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and coordination abilities.\nExperience with CRM systems, payment gateways, PSPs, or banking operations will be an added advantage.\nPreferred Experience Fintech Company\nPayment Processor\nBanking Operations\nFinancial Services\nWhat We Offer Opportunity to work with a global Forex brokerage.\nCareer growth within a fast-growing financial services organization.\nExposure to international banking and payment operations.\nCompetitive salary and performance-based growth opportunities.
