The role will be responsible for ensuring that all service contractors deliver as per contractual obligations while supporting operational efficiency and business objectives\n\n.\nKey Responsibiliti\n\nes\nDevelop and implement systems for monitoring contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitmen\nts.Conduct regular reviews of service quality, work completion timelines, and contractor effectiveness through audits and field verificati\non.Manage contractor scorecards, performance evaluations, and improvement plans while recommending corrective actions when requir\ned.Identify opportunities for cost reduction through scope optimization, contract restructuring, and evaluation of in-house versus outsourced servic\nes.Review, revise, and strengthen contract terms and conditions to improve operational efficiency and minimize organizational ri\nsk.Ensure proper documentation, record management, and compliance with contractual obligatio\nns.Identify contractual and operational risks and implement mitigation strategi\nes.Drive adherence to HSE, IMS, statutory, and legal compliance requirements across all service contrac\n\nts.\nDesired Candidate Pro\n\nfile\nGraduate or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Business Administration, or related discip\nline.12+ years of exper ience in Contract Management, Commercial, Procurement, or Supply Chain funct\nions.Strong understanding of contract drafting, vendor management, service procurement, and contractor performance monito\nring.Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management sk\nills.Experience in Steel, Ferro Alloys, Power, Mining, or Manufacturing industries will be prefe\nrred.Professional certifications in Contract Management or Procurement will be an added advan\n\ntage.
