About you:

You’re a senior technology leader who enjoys building strong teams and seeing them deliver real impact. You like being close to the work, setting clear direction and giving people the space to do their best work. You’re comfortable working with global leaders and know how to explain complex technical topics in a clear, practical way. You’re motivated by scale, pace and purpose. You care about creating an environment where people can grow and do work they’re proud of.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Lead the Pune engineering site, setting direction, pace and culture while keeping teams aligned with our global hospitality strategy.
• Work closely with senior leaders across the UK and US to turn business priorities into clear technical plans and outcomes.
• Oversee the delivery of cloud-based software products, focusing on reliability, security and simple, well-designed systems.
• Support acquisitions by helping teams integrate new products and people smoothly, without losing momentum.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Significant experience leading large, product-focused engineering organisations in a software or software-as-a-service environment.
• A strong understanding of modern engineering practices, such as continuous delivery, automated testing and DevOps ways of working.
• Experience embedding artificial intelligence into products or ways of working, with a focus on practical outcomes.
• Confidence working across time zones and cultures, building trust and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
