Graphic Designer (InDesign / DTP Specialist)
Job Description
Collaboration & File Delivery\nCoordinate with the design team to ensure output matches project expectations.\nPackage and deliver well-organised InDesign files so other team members can seamlessly continue working.\nFollow correct linked-file workflows and maintain an orderly asset library.\n4. Graphic Design (Secondary Responsibility)\nProvide creative input for covers , logos , infographics , and visual identity elements when required.\nUse Illustrator for diagrams/icons and Photoshop for image enhancements as needed.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n2–5 years of professional experience in DTP, editorial design, layout design, or report production.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential.\nWorking proficiency in Illustrator (diagrams, vector clean-up).\nWorking proficiency in Photoshop (image cropping, colour/contrast adjustments).\nStrong understanding of composition, typography, hierarchy, and layout structure .\nHighly organised in file naming, layer organisation, and linked asset management.\nAbility to work independently and resolve typical technical layout or formatting questions.\nExcellent attention to detail - accuracy is mandatory .\n\nGood to Have\nExperience in architecture, urban planning, property, or infrastructure documentation.\nUnderstanding of visual standards used in professional reports and presentations.\n\nWhat We Offer\nA collaborative environment with exposure to high-profile international urban design projects.\nOpportunities to develop deeper skills in editorial design and structured publication workflows.\nA supportive culture with guidance from experienced design and planning professionals.
