Finance & Accounts Executive

Position: Finance & Accounts Executive\nLocation: Bangalore (On-site)\nDepartment: Finance & Administration\nExperience: 2–5 Years\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, vendor management, and compliance-related activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinance & Accounting\nPrepare and manage customer invoices and payment follow-ups.\nMaintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.\nProcess vendor bills, reimbursements, and payments.\nPerform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.\nMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.\nAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.\nCompliance & Legal\nEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.\nCoordinate with external consultants, auditors, and legal advisors.\nMaintain statutory registers, licenses, and compliance records.\nSupport implementation and monitoring of company compliance processes.\nAssist in preparation and submission of regulatory filings and returns.\nAdministration & Coordination\nMaintain agreements, contracts, and financial documentation.\nCoordinate with banks, government authorities, and service providers when required.\nSupport payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities.\nEnsure proper documentation and filing of all finance-related records.\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.\nExperience with GST, TDS, PT, and statutory compliance.\nProficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).\nGood understanding of invoicing and financial reporting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.\nMBA Finance, M.Com, CA Inter, or CMA Inter candidates will be preferred.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to work closely with leadership.\nExposure to finance, compliance, and business operations.\nDynamic and fast-growing work environment.
