Job Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly presentations, campaigns, proposal, videos, banners etc. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging and visually impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks aligned with business objectives.
• Create marketing campaigns including banners, posters, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint (PPT) presentations with embedded videos, animations, and interactive elements.
• Edit and produce videos for marketing, product showcases, internal communications, and social media platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute branding and visual storytelling elements across digital platforms.
• Design user-friendly layouts and interfaces for web and mobile platforms when required.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and visual standards across all materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, HCI, or a related field with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva, with solid understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and branding.
• Advanced PowerPoint (PPT) skills including animations, embedded videos, and professional pitch deck creation.
• Hands-on experience in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.
Bonus Skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with additional video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, or CapCut.
• Motion graphics, animation, and basic post-production skills including sound editing and color grading.
• Familiarity with design systems and digital marketing creatives.
