Job Description

Position - Project Executive

Experience - 2 to 5+years

Location - Pune / Raipur / Bangalore / Nashik & Aurangabad

A. STRATEGIC

%CF; Contribute in developing Business Strategy by analysing market trends, competitor activities, growth opportunities and customer feedback

%CF; Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.

%CF; Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

%CF; Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands


B. OPERATIONAL

%CF; Regularly connect (cold calling / meet / emailers) with Architects, Designers, and Contractors to promote lighting solution / Soft Sales and create a lead pipeline

%CF; For Exhibitions / Events, collate the database based on participants, follow up on the prospective leads and analyse the conversion rates for effective value creation out of Marketing spends

%CF; Handle walk-in customers, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.

%CF; Responding to the leads (from all sources) on timely basis and ensure optimum conversion

%CF; Jointly monitor with Manager Project Sales, the Targets of the Project Sales Vertical and recommend / execute proactive steps for achievement of the same

%CF; Actively promote sales of slow and Non Moving inventory

%CF; Assist and execute on a case to case basis in preparing / presenting quotations.

%CF; Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.

%CF; Conduct site visits and manage product sampling for clients.

%CF; Contribute in creating Database (through pictures / videos / writeups) for super premium projects

%CF; Contribute in creating Database for Architects / Interior Designers / PMC / MEP / Electrical Consultants / Developers, Project Dealers and Lighting Consultants and Electricians

%CF; Ensure brand representation through professional attire and Conduct while dealing with AIDC - Architects, Interior Designers and Consultants


C. QUALIFICATION:

%CF; Graduate from any stream

%CF; Masters degree (optional)

%CF; Certification in MS Office preferred


D. EXPERIENCE:

%CF; 2+ years of experience in Sales Project , specification sales, or lighting industry.

%CF; Experience in handling architects, consultants, and project-based sales is preferred.
