The role involves analysing data to assess risk, profitability, and operational feasibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation and operational excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement pricing models for warranty and protection plans.\nEnsure pricing strategies are competitive, profitable, and aligned with business objectives.\nSupport end-to-end program launches, including pricing setup and execution.\nAnalyze historical data, claim trends, cost structures, and margins to support pricing decisions.\nMonitor program performance and recommend pricing adjustments based on business and market insights.\nCollaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.\nProvide pricing analysis and business insights to support strategic initiatives.\nOversee plan creation, system setup, and operational readiness for new programs.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, processes, and governance standards.\nTrack operational exceptions and coordinate timely resolution of issues.\nPrepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance and pricing recommendations.\n\nRequirements\n2–5 years of experience in Pricing, Warranty Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.\nBachelor's degree required,Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
