Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Jaipur. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for developing creative and innovative designs, overseeing the embroidery and textile selection process, and ensuring impeccable garment fitting. Collaborating with the production team, the designer will transform artistic concepts into high-quality fashion pieces that align with the brand's vision and ethos.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong understanding of garment development processes
- Experience and skills in Embroidery and working with various Textiles
- Knowledge of Fitting techniques to ensure impeccable finishes and comfort
- Creative acumen and ability to translate ideas into tangible designs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within teams
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the fashion industry is an advantage
