Job Summary:

Policybazaar is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager – Field to lead and drive high-performing hybrid sales teams. The candidate must have strong exposure to B2C and Field Sales (Mandatory) along with experience managing both field and telesales operations in a target-driven environment.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate field sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Must have hands-on experience handling both field sales and telesales teams
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve productivity and conversions
  • Conduct regular field visits and call audits for coaching and performance improvement
  • Monitor attendance, daily productivity, and overall team performance
  • Drive revenue targets and ensure business growth
  • Train and onboard new sales executives
  • Maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales.
  • B2C and Field Sales experience mandatory
  • Team Handling experience: 1–2 years (Mandatory)
  • Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Target-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams


Qualification:

  • Graduation mandatory
