Job Summary:
Policybazaar is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager – Field to lead and drive high-performing hybrid sales teams. The candidate must have strong exposure to B2C and Field Sales (Mandatory) along with experience managing both field and telesales operations in a target-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate field sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Must have hands-on experience handling both field sales and telesales teams
- Plan and execute strategies to improve productivity and conversions
- Conduct regular field visits and call audits for coaching and performance improvement
- Monitor attendance, daily productivity, and overall team performance
- Drive revenue targets and ensure business growth
- Train and onboard new sales executives
- Maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales.
- B2C and Field Sales experience mandatory
- Team Handling experience: 1–2 years (Mandatory)
- Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Target-driven mindset with ability to manage hybrid sales teams
Qualification:
- Graduation mandatory
