Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Program Manager to own execution across multiple projects and ensure successful delivery of critical programs. This role requires strong technical depth, structured program management capability, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward predictable, high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferably in Applications development

• 8–15 years of experience in program/project management

• Proven experience managing multiple parallel projects

• Strong technical background (software/embedded/AI preferred)

• Experience in Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid delivery models

• Exposure to AI tool/frameworks in program management
