We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC client based in Pune.


We are looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience.


Job Description:

  • Define and drive the global IT Sales Excellence vision and strategy aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Product Management, and divisional IT Business Partners to shape roadmaps and prioritize business demand.
  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with commercial strategy, user experience goals, and data integrity standards.
  • Foster collaboration and a high-performance culture within the Sales Excellence IT team
  • Identifying with your frameworks the areas for improvement, consolidation, and standardization.
  • Develop further a high-performance team: Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional, multicultural team of >10 IT professionals across several geographies, to continuously ensure successful implementations and lifecycle of sales applications.
  • Manage external vendors and system integrators to deliver projects and support services in line with budget and quality expectations.
  • Own and evolve global Sales IT application landscape including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) tools, and (partially self-developed) design tools for product selection and configuration.
  • Oversee system governance, user access, data security, and compliance with corporate IT and data privacy policies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies driving innovation across all divisions. This may include implementing new tools or technologies, upgrading existing systems, or exploring new solutions to more generate business value.
