Job Description
Technical Sales Engineer (Process Instrumentation) -Vashi Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Client Visits & Sales Generation: Proactively visit clients to generate and follow up on sales inquiries.
Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from inquiry generation to order fulfilment and payment collection, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Cross Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Logistics, Service, and Accounts, to ensure seamless sales operations.
Order Finalization: Negotiate and finalize sales orders, ensuring all terms and conditions are agreed upon.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from clients as per agreed terms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business growth.
Education: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience.
Skills Required:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
- Proficiency in handling client interactions and relationship management.
- Must be willing to travel for client visits.
