Job Details:\n\nDepartment: Distribution\nRole: Distribution Planner\nExperience: 10 -15 + Years\nDesignation: Distribution Planner\nEducation : BTech / B.E. +MBA (Operations)\nLocation: Zydus distribution, Moraiya (Plant based role - 6 days working)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLocation-wise Forecasting:\nMaintain accurate location-wise availability.\nAnalyse historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy.\n2. Hub & Manufacturing Stock Tracking:\nMonitor and track inventory levels at hubs.\nEnsure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages.\nPending Order Management:\nTrack and manage pending orders at CFAs.\nCoordinate with relevant departments to expedite order fulfilment.\n4.Shortage Tracking:\nIdentify and track product shortages at CFAs and hubs.\nImplement corrective actions to mitigate shortages.\n5.Coordination with Marketing:\nCollaborate with the marketing team to maintain RSP alignment and address additional RSP requirements.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.\n6.Inventory Management:\nManage inventory levels at CFAs and hubs to optimize stock availability.\n7.MIS Reporting:\nUtilize advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VBA) to analyse data and generate reports.\nPrepare and present MIS reports/presentations for monthly review meetings.\nConduct data analysis and reporting.\nDemonstrate strong presentation skills.\n8.Logistics Coordination:\nCoordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.\nSkills:\nExcellent knowledge in Excel and presentation.\nForecasting and demand planning.\nInventory management.\nData analysis and reporting.\nCoordination and communication with marketing, demand, warehouse, and logistics teams.\nProblem-solving and decision-making.\n\nPersonal Attributes:\nDetail-oriented and organized.
