Group Account Manager - Client Servicing (Events Industry Experience is Mandatory)
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for crafting creative experiences for brands and committed towards providing superior customer service with a high level of ownership.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n1.Client servicing\n•Identifying and networking to generate business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability. Proactively following up with existing clients to get briefs for events that would have happened in the previous years.\n•Mapping needs of new brands/clients & generate business from them\n•Meet the client to understand the brief and expectation on the event.\n•Collaborate with the internal team-concept, design, production & tech for crafting the experience.\n•Present the creative solution to client & negotiate on the terms.\n\n2.Event execution & Operations:\n•Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the event to ensure the delivery of creatives, art work, set design and all other elements of the event.\n•Lead the running of the show/show flow.\n•Oversee the overall production quality of the event.\n•Ensure closure of payment advice (PA) in co-ordination with production & Invoicing through finance.\n•Ensure all Weekly Reports, HOD Meeting Reports are sent to Head of Department\n•Collection of payment from clients for events executed\n\nRequired Qualification, Experience & skills:\n•Graduation in any stream (a must) & Post graduation in Marketing/Mass\nmedia/Advertising/Event Mgt (preferred)\n•6+ years Client Service experience in the Events or BTL industry\n•Strong relationship & connect with marketing professionals/ brand managers/ decision\nmakers among the corporate & agencies.\n•Understanding of brands & their needs to connect with consumers/target audience\n•Fair knowledge on event set ups\n•Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel despite tight deadlines\n•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint is a must\n•Experience in crafting narratives and engaging clients and agencies in long range strategic partnerships\n•Highly customer oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationships\n\nWhat do we offer?\n•5 days work week\n•Opportunity to be a part of the growth story\n•Competitive salary with flexi structure\n•Flexi & Hybrid working & time off policy\n•Comprehensive parental leave & associated benefits\n•Family cover for Medical Insurance including same gender partner cover\n•Creative, diverse & nurturing work environment
