Job Description – Procurement Systems Analyst\n\nWork mode : Hybrid (3 days WFO)\nExperience : 2 - 5 years\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Procurement Systems Analyst to manage and configure our procurement orchestration platform (Omnea). The role will focus on creating intake forms, configuring workflows, managing approval processes, and improving procurement operations through automation and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate should have experience working with procurement systems, workflow automation tools, or no-code/low-code platforms and should be comfortable translating business requirements into scalable process workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and manage procurement intake forms in Omnea\nBuild dynamic forms with conditional logic and branching questions\nDesign and maintain end-to-end approval workflows\nConfigure routing rules, approval matrices, notifications, and escalations\nWork closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security teams to gather requirements\nTranslate business processes into system workflows and automation\nMaintain workflow documentation and process SOPs\nSupport testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing platform enhancements\nTroubleshoot workflow issues and improve operational efficiency\nEnsure procurement processes comply with internal policies and governance standards\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExperience with workflow configuration or business process automation\nStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skills\nExperience creating forms, approval flows, and conditional workflows\nAbility to understand and map business processes\nExcellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills\nStrong attention to detail and process orientation\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with procurement or Source-to-Pay platforms such as Omnea, Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management\nExperience with no-code/low-code workflow tools\nUnderstanding of procurement operations and approval governance\nExperience in procurement intake, vendor onboarding, sourcing, or purchasing workflows
