Role Overview

Playing Captain Role

• The leader will manage an individual business target along with Team Target
• Compensation structure includes an Incentive Module.

Non-Playing Captain Role

• The leader will focus on driving overall team performance and business growth.
• Compensation structure includes a Bonus Module.
• Expected to onboard and move a team of 4-5 members along with joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients, Family Offices, and Corporates.
• Advise clients on investment solutions across Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
• Deliver customized wealth solutions aligned to clients financial goals and risk appetite.
• Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share expansion.
• Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and deeper wallet share.
• Mentor and drive high-performing wealth management teams.
