Wave Earplugs is looking for an Offline Marketing & Strategy Manager to help scale the brand through partnerships, activations, retail presence, collaborations, and on-ground marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how lifestyle brands grow beyond digital marketing and can help create strong offline visibility, strategic collaborations, and brand-driven sales opportunities.

You will work closely with the founder and core team on projects involving:

• music festivals & nightlife culture
• lifestyle and consumer branding
• creator and event collaborations
• retail and activation opportunities
• offline growth and partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives

• Build and manage brand collaborations and partnerships

• Coordinate festival activations, events, and on-ground campaigns

• Explore retail, café, gym, and venue placement opportunities

• Assist in growth strategy and expansion planning

• Coordinate with vendors, collaborators, and external partners

• Support campaigns focused on brand visibility and customer growth

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in offline marketing, partnerships, events, retail marketing, or brand activations

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Understanding of lifestyle, music, creator, or youth culture ecosystems

• Execution-focused mindset with strong organizational ability
