Role: Senior Engagement Manager

Experience Range: 12+ years

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery Management: Own the delivery lifecycle for AI/ML projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and robust SDLC.
• Offshore Leadership: Manage a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Developers, providing strategic direction and technical oversight.
• Account Health & Governance: Monitor and report on KPIs (velocity, quality, resource utilization) and manage the P&L of the offshore engagement.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s offshore IT leadership, managing expectations and risks.
• Process Excellence: Implement delivery frameworks for GenAI and Agentic workflows (RAG, multi-agent systems) to meet production-grade requirements.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the US-based Principal Architect to ensure a seamless \"follow-the-sun\" development cycle.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 12+ years in IT delivery management, with 5+ years leading large-scale AI/Data transformation programs.
• Industry Focus: Deep experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
• Technical Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of the GCP AI stack (Vertex AI, BigQuery) and GenAI frameworks (LangGraph, ADK).
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing distributed Agile teams and navigating vendor-client dynamics.
