Head - Digital Partnership Business (Embedded Finance)

Forward Finance is building India's most distribution-connected LAS lending platform - and we're looking for a sharp, networked leader to own our digital partnerships engine.

About the Role

Will own and drive the digital distribution strategy for LAS & LAMF products through fintech platforms, investment apps and embedded finance ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and onboard fintech/platform partners
• Lead API integration strategy for embedded and deep-link lending journeys
• Own the full partnership P&L - disbursement volumes, fee income and channel growth
• Work with product & tech teams to design seamless, API-first lending experiences

What We're Looking For

• MBA/B.Tech | Deep knowledge of fintech, digital lending & API ecosystems
• 10–15 years in digital partnerships, product management or fintech business development
• Existing network with wealth tech, fintech and investment platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of LAS, pledge mechanisms and digital lending regulations
