Soft Tissue Therapist

Inspire Institute of Sport is looking for a Soft Tissue Therapist to join our high-performance team!

Location: IIS Satellite Centre, Hisar, HARYANA

Starting Date: 1st July '26

Application Deadline: Sunday 14th June 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based STT to support Athlete Health and Recovery
• Collaborate with coaches and physiotherapists to deliver integrated athlete care
• Maintain accurate session notes on Athlete Medical System (electronic database)
• Uphold professional standards within a high-performance sport environment
• Contribute to athlete education regarding self-management strategies

Essential Criteria

• Degree or recognised qualification in Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage Therapy, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with evidence of working with athletes
• Living within a commutable distance to IIS, Haryana to deliver required services
• Open-minded and willing to learn within a multidisciplinary performance setting

Desirable Criteria

• Postgraduate qualification or additional certification in Sports Therapy, Soft Tissue Therapy, or related discipline
• Experience using electronic medical records for treatment documentation
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in elite sport
• Experience of working in sports environments in camps and/or competitions
