The role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and client success and is critical to sustaining and scaling the company's RCM performance.
Business Need :
- End-to-end RCM operational knowledge across Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Follow-up, Denials, Payments, and Reporting.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities to identify revenue leakage and process gaps.
- Automation-first mindset to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and improve productivity.
- Ability to independently manage client expectations, escalations, and operational performance.
- Expertise in driving collection outcomes while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 8–12 years for Junior Manager level or Senior Lead level.
- Proven experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and onboarding new clients.
- Experience in process transformation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
RCM Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end RCM workflow — Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Follow-up, Denials, Payments, and Reporting.
- Monitor and drive First Pass Resolution Rate (FPRR) ≥ 95%.
- Ensure collections are achieved within 30 days from First Bill Date.
- Manage Credentialing and Enrollment inventory in alignment with RCM operations.
Revenue & Financial Performance
- Deliver ≥ 100% of projected collection targets on a monthly basis.
- Improve gross margin contribution for accounts valued at $1M+.
- Consistently exceed Medicare Fee Schedule benchmarks for Net Collection Rate.
- Drive collections from aging and outstanding A/R buckets.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify and implement automation opportunities through data validation and workflow optimization.
- Debug claim-level issues and simplify work queue (WQ) workflows.
- Drive continuous process improvement across all RCM sub-functions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Independently manage client expectations, SLA delivery, and escalation resolution.
- Deliver 100% on-time, defect-free client reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Enrollment, Reporting, and Client Success teams.
- Maintain Zero Preventable Escalations; resolve ≥ 98% of escalations within agreed TAT.
Team & Talent Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the RCM operations team.
- Maintain top-talent attrition ≤ 10%.
- Manage resource utilization with < 5% idle buffer.
- Ensure deliverables quality consistently exceeds 98%.
